Leah Missildine brings over two and half decades of transformative leadership in public safety communications, regulatory governance, and enterprise systems implementation. As Vice President of Strategy and Enterprise Services, she will advise governments, public safety agencies and technology partners on emergency communications strategy, multi-agency coordination, acquisitions and sustainable funding, helping clients navigate complex decisions and successfully implement large-scale public safety initiatives.
Prior to joining TSG Advisors, Leah served for ten years as the Executive Director of the Alabama 911 Board, where she spearheaded statewide emergency communications policy, financial governance, and the large-scale deployment of mission-critical GIS and NG911 infrastructure. Her executive leadership followed fifteen years at the local agency level directing public safety communications operations for the City of Auburn. Combining front-line operational command with executive regulatory authority, Leah possesses a rare 360-degree perspective on the statutory, technical, and intergovernmental dynamics that define public safety modernization.
Leah’s unique expertise complements TSG Advisors’ practice by bridging high-level policy design with actionable enterprise execution. She specializes in multi-agency governance models, complex public procurement defense, and sustainable funding frameworks that enable public safety agencies and technology partners to navigate change collaboratively.
A recognized national authority in emergency communications, Leah has contributed extensively to the industry’s foundational frameworks through appointments to key national boards, federal task forces, and working groups. Her service includes leadership contributions to the NG911 Institute, the National Association of State 911 Administrators (NASNA), the Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC), the FCC 911 Fee Diversion Strike Force, and the Recommended Minimum Training Guidelines for Public Safety Telecommunicators (RMTG). She is also an active advocate for workforce wellness and leadership development across the 911 community.
Leah holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from Auburn University and maintains the Emergency Number Professional (ENP) credential. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. Leah resides in Pike Road, Alabama.
