Education Policy and Legal Advisor Lacey Hofmeyer co-presented at Stetson Law’s 45th Annual National Conference on Law & Higher Education. Lacey discussed education laws passed during the 2023 and 2024 Legislative Session, implementation and the impact of this legislation and education litigation in 2023-2024.
